Concern or Complaint Procedure

If you have a concern or complaint, please refer to the flowchart below which outlines our procedure for handling such matters.

Once you are familiar with the process, please complete a Concern/Complaint Form and return it as follows:

  • If the matter involves the classroom, return the completed form to the class teacher in the first instance.

  • If the matter does not involve the classroom, please forward the form directly to the principal. You may:
