Concern or Complaint Procedure
If you have a concern or complaint, please refer to the flowchart below which outlines our procedure for handling such matters.
Once you are familiar with the process, please complete a Concern/Complaint Form and return it as follows:

If the matter involves the classroom, return the completed form to the class teacher in the first instance.

If the matter does not involve the classroom, please forward the form directly to the principal. You may:

email it to: principal@matangi.school.nz, or

hand it in at the school office.

Forms are also available at the front office — feel free to collect one from there.
